Our service fee typically starts from 5% depending on the project scope and order value. For orders below USD 10,000, a minimum service fee of USD 500 applies.
Product Research Fee
For requests involving multiple product categories or extensive sourcing research (such as consumer goods, home products, office supplies, toys, etc.), a refundable research fee of USD 50 applies. This amount will be fully deducted from the final order value once the order is confirmed.
Samples & Shipping
Factory sample costs, sample shipping, laboratory testing (if required), courier fees, and any third-party inspection expenses are paid by the client.
